Job summary

Puget Sound Care in West Olympia is hiring licensed nurses (LPNs and RNs) for evening and noc shifts in a 4-Star skilled nursing facility. We offer family-friendly scheduling, benefits including health/vision/dental/life/401k, and growth opportunities.

LPNs start at $36/hr, RNs at $44/hr, with negotiable rates based on experience. These roles emphasize high-quality resident care, teamwork, and adherence to infection control policies.

Qualifications

• Current active LPN or RN state licensure without enforcement action.
• Ability to speak, understand, read and write English proficiently.
• Ability to furnish a minimum of two favorable professional references.

Responsibilities

• Ensure assigned residents receive medications and treatments as ordered in care plans.
• Direct NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks.
• Follow center's infection control and safety policies.
• Ensure timely completion of charting in PCC before end of shift.
• Complete all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS.

We pride ourselves on the quality care we provide our residents and comradery of our staff. We provide both Long-Term Care and Short-Term Acute Care. We are a very family-friendly company and work around a lot of varying life schedules. LPNs start at $36/hr, and RN's start at $44/hr. These are always negotiable and based on years of experience. We also provide very reasonable shift differentials! We offer health/vision/dental/life/401k benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.

Job Duties:

• Ensure assigned residents receive their medications and treatments as ordered in their respective care plans
• Directs NACs to ensure completion of assigned tasks
• Follows center's policies and policies related to infection control and safety
• Ensures timely completion of all charting is done in PCC daily before end of shift
• Completion of all assigned assessments as ordered from RCM and/or DNS

LPN Wage: $36/hr - $41/hr DOE
