Apartment Make Ready Technicians

Essential Staffing Solutions is looking for a dependable, hard-working, and self-motivated Apartment Make Ready Technicians in Leesburg, FL area.

(Temp-to-Hire)

Our Apartment Make Ready Punch Technician is primarily responsible for the repair and general maintenance of apartment other property facilities such as electrical, plumbing, and appliance installs. Additionally, the Make Ready Punch Technician will work with the other maintenance team members as needed.

Make Ready Technicians $19/hr- at least 6 months of residential experience needed.

Job Duties

• Complete Make Ready/Punch-Outs on vacant units.
• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing apartment electrical outlets, switches and light fixtures.
• Plumbing repairs and installations, Carpentry, Interior and Exterior Painting, Drywall repair, Door locks repair or replacements.
• Assist in renovation projects Assist in maintaining the curb appeal of the community.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• 1-2 years of Maintenance experience.
• Must pass the ESS Maintenance Test.
• Have a strong work ethic!
• Be reliable and dependable.

• Proven working experience in relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and remain motivated.
• Helpful with customer service orientation.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Professionalism along with speed and attention to detail.
