Ob Hospitalists are in the hospital 24/7 to ensure consistent and timely care for every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or the obstetric emergency department.

East Cooper Medical Center (ECMC) offers comprehensive maternity services designed with mothers and babies in mind. ECMC has a Level II nursery, maternal-fetal care specialists with advanced technology, and IBCLC-certified lactation consultants. ECMC handles approximately 1,800 deliveries annually.
