Our Full-time Hospitalist Position Offers:
Ob Hospitalists are present in the hospital 24/7 to ensure consistent and timely care for every patient entering the labor and delivery unit or obstetric emergency department.
Atrium Health Union provides exceptional care for both mothers and babies, supported by the renowned Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital, which features eight U.S. News & World Report-ranked pediatric specialties, including neonatology. Their state-of-the-art Women and Children's Center offers custom-designed suites for postpartum recovery. Specialized care includes a well-baby nursery and a Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery staffed by board-certified neonatologists and equipped with advanced ventilation and isolettes. Pediatric hospitalists affiliated with Levine Children's Hospital are available to ensure comprehensive care. Atrium Health Union emphasizes a family-centered environment, encouraging rooming-in and providing lactation support, along with various childbirth preparation and infant safety classes. The hospital currently sees approximately 1,400 deliveries annually.
