Job summary

IMP Locum Tenens, LLC is seeking an experienced Interventional Cardiologist for a locum role with 7-on/7-off or 10-on/10-off scheduling and 24-hour call during shifts. The position involves inpatient, clinic, STEMI call, PCI, TEEs, echos, stress tests and cardioversions.

Board-certified cardiologist with active license, DEA, ACLS and fluoroscopy permit is required, with 2+ years post-fellowship experience. A history of 75 PCIs in the past year is preferred.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Interventional Cardiology with active state license, DEA, ACLS.
• Fluoroscopy permit and 2+ years post-fellowship experience.
• PCI experience: 75 PCI procedures in past 12 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cover inpatient and clinic cardiology services.
• Provide STEMI call coverage and perform PCI as needed.
• Perform TEEs, echocardiography, stress tests and cardioversions as required.

Job description

• 75 PCIs in the past 12 months required; device experience preferred but not required.
