Job summary

Morgan & Morgan, a nationally recognized personal injury law firm, is seeking a Case Manager to join our team in Fort Lauderdale. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, handle a varied caseload, assist attorneys with settlements, document preparation, and correspondence, and maintain empathy for clients.

Responsibilities include interacting with clients by phone and in person, ordering medical records, coordinating with providers and insurance carriers, and managing case files from intake

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Personal Injury Case Manager preferred.
• At least 2 years in a legal position or insurance adjuster preferred.
• Ability to be a team player and follow procedures.
• Proactive interaction with clients, insurance companies and medical providers.
• Multitask and manage workload with a positive attitude and minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Extensive computer/database experience with Word, Excel, Outlook; 35 wpm minimum.

Summary

We are seeking a CaseManager to join our team. As a Case Manager you must be highly organized and able to work on a varied caseload. • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills along with attention to detail
• Extensive computer and database expertise, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and type no less than 35 wpm.

This role is on-site, which gives you the chance to be fully immersed in the work and gain direct experience alongside the team.
