I'm looking for someone who is calm, attentive, patient, and genuinely comfortable supporting a child who is nonverbal and has higher support needsThe role is pretty straightforward! keeping him safe and supervised, spending time with him, and helping with simple meals/snacks (he's a fries and nuggets kind of kid ?Our home has cameras throughout the common areas, so you must be comfortable working in a camera-monitored homeMost importantly, I want someone who will be kind to him, patient with him, and treat him with care and respect. Reliability is extremely important
