Job summary

Aloma Healthcare, Inc. in Huffman, TX is seeking a dedicated caregiver to assist seniors at home. You will provide personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, and companionship, with a focus on safety and dignity in daily living.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for seniors or disabled individuals preferred (minimum 1 year).
• Willingness to perform household tasks and mobility assistance.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating.
• Assist with mobility to doctor appointments, walks, grocery shopping, etc.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene.
• Plan and prepare meals.
• Perform housekeeping duties.
• Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
• Offer activities essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals, including serving.

Salary: $11 - $16 per hour based on experience

• Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)
