There are very few people who know more about the wedding industry than I do—that’s my edge in SEO and web strategy. But what I’m looking for now isn’t just someone who understands SEO trends or knows how to use AI tools.
I’m looking for someone who canturn insights into action—and action intoinquiries, leads, and bookings.
I want avisionary SEO + AI strategistwho thinks in systems, creates efficiencies, and focuses on what really matters:conversion-driven websitesthat perform, not just rank.
This is not your average SEO job
If you’re simply checking boxes—adding keywords or running audits—this role isn’t for you.
- Know how to translate expert podcasts, case studies, and articles into strategies that get results
- UseAI to generate not just content, but site structure, metadata, visual prompts, and UX improvements. Also be able to create custom GPT’s for our website and seo clients.
- Obsess overhow each page element supports a customer journey that ends in an inquiry
- Love thecollaboration between content, design, SEO, and automation
- Think:“How can we use what’s working in another niche and adapt it to the wedding space?”

You will be the bridge between insight and execution
As part of our team, you’ll help turn a mess of notes, Zoom transcripts, intake forms, and reviews into astrategic web content ecosystemthat’s visually compelling, emotionally engaging, and optimized to drive action.
You’ll collaborate closely with:
- Me (Brian Lawrence)on overall client strategy, tone, and priorities
- Our Creative Directorto align content with visual storytelling
- Our developers and support teamto ensure technical optimization
- AI tools and systemsto cut hours off our production time
Key Responsibilities:
- Research andsynthesize insights from top SEO minds(articles, videos, podcasts) and extract the most relevant and practical takeaways for our clients and internal processes
- Turn intake materials into:
- Page structure and site hierarchy
- Keyword-optimized headlines, H1s, and metadata
- Copy blocks that reflect the client’s voice and drive conversions
- Suggestions for imagery and calls-to-action
- Build repeatable AI workflows to automate and accelerate production
- Analyze competitors and use AI tools to identify gaps and opportunities
- Collaborate with SEO and creative teams to deliverresults that matter—not just rankings, butqualified inquiries and real leads
- Advanced AI literacy—ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and more (and you know how to prompt like a pro)
- Strong understanding ofSEO and AEO(Answer Engine Optimization), especially for local and voice search
- Deep knowledge ofconversion optimizationand how to structure content for lead generation
- Ability to writehigh-converting meta tags, headlines, and contentwith emotional and SEO impact
- Familiarity withWordPress(primary platform), plus basic ability to navigate Squarespace and Wix
- Experience withGoogle Search Console, Analytics, schema, and technical audits
- Proficiency with keyword research and tools likeSEMRush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or Ahrefs
Bonus (but not required):
- Experience withCanva, Photoshop, orAI visual generation tools
- Understanding ofUX writing and content hierarchy
- Familiarity with tools likeZapier, Notion AI, Descript, Lumen5, orautomation platforms
- Experience with buildingrepeatable workflowsfor content production or SEO strategy
