Job summary

Syngenta is seeking a detail-oriented QC Laboratory/Seed Testing support professional in Idaho to assist with HSE compliance, QC testing, sample delivery, and data recording while collaborating with an international team to ensure quality and compliance.

The role emphasizes laboratory processes, Excel/SAP proficiency, and timely communication of results; a high school diploma or higher in biological sciences and prior lab experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a laboratory or quality testing-related function is preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, SAP or similar data systems.
• Knowledge of quality control laboratory processes and seed testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for HSE compliance and continuous improvement for QC testing activities.
• Support testing activities in QC laboratories with timely delivery of samples.
• Communicate test results and maintain accurate records using computer-based systems.
• Support development and validation of new processes to improve ways of working.
