Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work multiple shifts during seasonal changes.
• Able to perform manual labor tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
• Able to lift, push, pull up to 70 pounds.
• Accurate record-keeping of production documents.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, adjust, and monitor cleaners, color sorters, gravity tables, and conveying equipment.
• Inspect product flow and equipment performance throughout production run.
• Monitor seed quality attributes such as purity, size, colour, damage, foreign material, and overall appearance.
• Collect samples and report quality concerns promptly to supervisor or quality team.
• Maintain compliance with QA/QC standards and site procedures.
