Syngenta Seeds in Minnesota is seeking a hands-on production operator. You will operate equipment, forklift, and packaging lines, supporting conditioning and treating while collecting data for dashboards and reports.

The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, and adherence to QA/QC and HSE standards. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to work multiple shifts.
• Able to lift up to 70 pounds and perform manual labor.
• Accurate record-keeping of production documents.
• Experience with warehouse or packaging areas preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and systems according to site activities.
• Drive forklifts, operate pallet wraps, support conditioning, packaging, and treating.
• Assist in field activities such as planting, field observations, harvest activities and data collection.
• Maintain compliance with QA/QC standards and HSE policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Report non-conformities and repair needs promptly.
