Syngenta Seeds Field Crops in the United States seeks a field-focused agronomy teammate to support seed production from contracting to delivery. You will operate in an HSE-first culture, collaborating with growers and site staff to ensure a high-quality, timely seed supply and continuous field improvements.

You will conduct field scouting, collect data on stand counts, pest observations, and yield estimates, and assist with detasseling and pollination planning as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred in agronomy, crop science, plant science, or related field.
• Less than 3 years of seed production, agronomy, or field crop management experience.
• Knowledge of corn, soybean, and field-crop production and physiology.

Responsabilidades

• Support grower recruitment, onboarding, and contract administration under guidance.
• Conduct field scouting and crop monitoring; document observations for production lead.
• Assist detasseling, rouging, and pollination-management planning.
• Collect field data: stand counts, disease/pest observations, purity, yield estimates.
• Support harvest planning and logistics with growers and site personnel.
• Coordinate with growers on agronomic inputs per production specifications.
