Job summary

H2ajobs is seeking workers in North Dakota to handle seed receiving, sampling, weighing, inspecting, and testing. You will remove foreign material, clean, grade, and condition seed, and learn the seed color-coding system while using seed tools.

This role is physically demanding, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds, long periods of standing, and basic English communication. Employer-provided housing, meals, and transportation are included.

Qualifications

• 1 month of experience is required.
• Must be able to obtain a driver's license within 30 days of hire.
• Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Employees must be able to speak English.

Responsibilities

• Receiving harvested seed and sampling, weighing, inspecting, and testing seed.
• Removing dirt, chaff, sticks, leaves, and damaged seed; cleaning and conditioning seed.
• Identifying scale tickets to maintain seed records and loading bags or containers for weighing and sealing.
• Learning and demonstrating understanding of the seed color-coding system; maintaining clean, safe work areas.
