• Lead Daily Direction Setting (DDS) meetings; articulate shift objectives and allocate resources across production areas.
• Mentor and train seasonal workforce, area trainees, and peers; contribute to team development.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Apply operational excellence practices (5S, Lean, Six Sigma, 5WHYs).
• Document readings, maintenance orders, and production information to ensure accuracy.
