Job summary

Green Cover Seed is seeking a hands-on Seed Mix Operator to fulfill seed mix orders and carry out the custom cover crop mix process. Training will be provided to perform duties at a high standard.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, operating seed mixing equipment, and assisting with forklift and material handling as needed. Team collaboration and adherence to safety rules are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizen or authorized worker required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn forklift and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute seed mixing and order fulfillment processes.
• Follow safety, health, and company rules.
• Communicate with managers and team members."
• Maximize facility efficiency by keeping the mix floor and equipment clean.
• Fill 50 lb bags with seed and stack on pallets.
• Record inventory data in the inventory management software.
• Operate seed mixing equipment.
