Job summary

Green Cover Seed in Bladen, KY is hiring a warehouse associate to help fulfill seed mix orders and operate seed mixing equipment. Training will be provided to perform the mix process at a high level.

You will handle bagging 50 lb bags, move seed with equipment, keep the work area clean, and record inventory data. We value teamwork, safety, and reliability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• U.S. citizen or authorized worker.
• Able to lift 50 lbs.
• Team player with good communication.
• Willingness to learn how to operate forklifts and other equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute the seed mixing process and order fulfillment.
• Follow all safety, health, and other company rules.
• Communicate and collaborate with managers and team members.
• Maintain a clean mix floor area and equipment to maximize efficiency.
• Fill 50 lb bags with seed and stack on pallets.
• Record all inventory data in the inventory management software.
• Operate seed mixing equipment.
• Operate skid steer, tele-handler, and forklift as needed.
• Handle seed conveyors and augers and perform other duties as assigned.
