Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related program.
• Completed 1 year of a Bachelor’s program.
• Interest in applied engineering supporting seed production facilities.
• Ability to work on cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support front-end definition of seed processing projects with specifications and layouts.
• Assist in environmental permit information preparation.
• Contribute to site layouts, plot plans, and safety-focused design.
• Participate in project reviews and provide status updates.
• Coordinate with contractors and resolve field design questions.
• Assist equipment start-up and performance verification.
• Support multiple locations and projects concurrently.
• Assist with procurement and basic project management.
