Job summary

Remington Seeds LLC in Illinois is seeking a Distribution Supervisor/Administrative Representative to coordinate seed shipments and maintain accurate bagged-product inventories. You will prepare paperwork, post Bills of Lading, and support the warehouse team to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include inventory control, staging deliveries, forklift operation, and ensuring safety and quality standards are followed.

Qualifications

• Must be a positive communicator who works well with others.
• Follows safety and quality guidelines as standard practice.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders occasionally.
• Experience with conditioning/maintenance is a plus but not required.
• Capable of independent work and staying on track.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate seed shipments with customers and warehouses.
• Maintain accurate bagged-product inventory in the inventory system.
• Post Bills of Lading and update inventory records.
• Assist with staging deliveries to match customer requests.
• Receive incoming bagged shipments into the system.
• Support Quality Management System implementation and upkeep.
• Safely lift and stack materials up to 68 lbs. and operate forklift as needed.
• Verify accuracy of staged loads prior to shipment.
• Ensure timely reporting of inventory activity and paperwork.
