Job summary

Taggart & Taggart Seed in Augusta, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time on-site Class A CDL Driver to haul seed and agricultural products from the Augusta facility to customer locations in the region. The driver will ensure safe operation, accurate loading/unloading, and timely deliveries in coordination with dispatch and warehouse teams.

Candidates should hold a valid Class A CDL with a clean driving record, knowledge of DOT regulations, and the ability to perform vehicle inspections.

Qualifications

CDL Class A license with clean driving record; strong commercial driving ability.
Experience operating trucks and performing loading, unloading, and product handling.
Knowledge of DOT regulations and commitment to road safety and compliance.
Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; agricultural or freight delivery experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Operate company trucks to transport seed and agricultural products to customers and facilities.
Safely load and unload materials and complete delivery documentation.
Maintain clear communication with dispatch or supervisors regarding schedules and routes.
Perform routine vehicle inspections and ensure compliance with safety policies.
