Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of post-secondary education and two years of relevant office or clerical experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with standard office software including Word, Excel, and Access preferred.
• Ability to organize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong written communication and professional customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process seed samples using MSGA’s Seed Tracking Database.
• Prepare and process certification paperwork and seed tags.
• Conduct field inspections across specified Montana counties.
• Assist with mailings, newsletters, and member communications.
• Contribute to special projects and office support.
