Job summary

SimVentions is seeking a full-time Software and Systems Engineer based in Patuxent Highland, Maryland, at the NAVAIR base. Candidates must have a Bachelor's in a technical discipline and at least ten years of software and systems engineering experience.

Security Clearance

An active Secret clearance is required. Candidates may be required to obtain a Top Secret clearance after beginning the work. US citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with DOD-STD-2167A/MIL-STD-498/IEEE 12207.
• Experience with systems software, systems-of-systems engineering, MBSE, or systems safety & reliability.
• Experience with Agile software development processes.

Education

Bachelor of Science in a technical discipline from an ABET‑accredited program.

Compensation

Projected annual compensation range: $120,000-$176,000 USD. Compensation is determined by experience, education, training, clearance, location, skills, and alignment with company and contract requirements.
