Qualifications

• Experience with workplace violence threat assessment processes or WAVR-21 training.
• Experience supporting critical infrastructure or large-campus security operations.
• Familiarity with contract security operations, post orders, and vendor performance monitoring.
• Prior training or mentoring responsibilities in a shift-based operations environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with incident management and response coordination, documenting actions in real time and tracking follow-ups.
• Review WPV incidents and threat assessments, ensuring proper routing to HR and Security Management.
• Monitor Everbridge feeds and prepare concise briefs for Watch Center leadership and SEMU management.
• Prepare incident reports, shift summaries, and performance assessments for decision-making.
• Analyze incident and crime data across sources to identify trends and inform security planning and resource allocation.
• Review weekly robodog reports and integrate findings into trend analyses with ownership and corrective actions.
• Apply analytical thinking to evolving situations and provide sound recommendations to leadership.
• Provide daily staff support, scheduling and adherence to policies and post orders.
• Evaluate workflows and propose improvements to data integration and reporting pipelines.
