Job summary

Responsibilities include processing visitor access, issuing temporary badges, maintaining records, supporting meetings and events, and performing administrative duties while complying with security

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience working in a lobby/front desk environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security Clearance is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary front desk representative greeting employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Process and coordinate visitor access per security policies and site procedures.
• Issue temporary badges and explain badge use and return requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, badge, and access records in systems.
• Support visitor management for meetings, conferences, and events.
• Perform administrative duties for front desk and visitor control operations.
• Provide coverage for other visitor control and lobby functions as needed.
• Maintain DoD Secret clearance as required.
