Qualifications

• Associate's degree in business administration or security field required.
• Minimum 5 years experience administering SCI & SAP travel support programs.
• Strong knowledge of travel planning tools and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support AMIC Advance Program Office customers and security officials; interface with senior officials.
• Coordinate OCONUS travel, training, passport/visa processing, and COMSEC duties where applicable.
• Develop and pass SCI/SAP clearances; manage CAC applications and travel notifications.
• Schedule industry partners deployments and track gear issued for CONUS/OCONUS travel.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for USG personnel and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Provide program management, research, and logistical support related to travel regulations.
