Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4 years of experience managing a team of onsite security personnel.
• Extensive knowledge of security protocols and procedures.
• Excellent management and supervisory skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to train staff on security policies and procedures.
• Must be 21+ and able to register with the state cannabis commission as an agent.
• Must comply with all laws and industry regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, and train security transport staff.
• Oversee security camera activity across dispensaries.
• Review dispatch records and monitor delivery routes.
• Supervise loading/unloading of delivery vehicles.
• Ensure daily workflow and assignments for security staff.
• Conduct routine security training for new hires and staff.
• Implement security transport protocols and information security measures.
• Maintain a safe working environment for staff and visitors.
• Conduct security inspections of facilities and processes.
