Job summary

First Coast Security Solutions seeks a Trainer/QC for NIH contracts in the Bethesda, MD area. You will train new hires and staff, monitor program effectiveness, and lead QA/QC efforts to meet contract requirements.

Role requires travel across the assigned area, work in federal facilities and training environments, and a strong background in security or law enforcement training and firearms instruction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of training and field supervision experience in security or law enforcement.
• Certified firearms instruction preferred; current first aid/CPR and defensive tactics certs.
• U.S. citizen able to read, write, and speak English; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver required training programs for new hires and staff.
• Monitor, evaluate, and record training activities for program effectiveness.
• Provide QA/QC oversight and arrange manuals and course materials.
• Present information using varied instructional methods and formats.
• Conduct QA inspections and ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Travel frequently across the contract area for training, inspections, and audits.
