Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess training needs, create tailored training plans, and implement various training methods.
• Deploy a wide variety of training methods and conduct induction/orientation sessions.
• Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, ROI, and budgets.
• Manage training budget and maintain training records; ensure compliance with orders, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate all contract required training (firearms, weapon qualifications, legal updates, etc.).
• Provide ongoing development opportunities and resolve training program issues as needed.
