Solution Staffing is seeking a seasoned Security Technician for embedded projects with a major NYC client. You will work on enterprise access control and IP video systems, including installations, upgrades, and commissioning.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of enterprise access control experience; Lenel or Genetec are a plus. Strong communication and the ability to manage subcontractors are essential, with opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise level access control experience.
• Lenel and Genetec experience are a big plus but candidates with 5+ years of enterprise access control are welcome.

Responsibilities

Leading Security Integrator has an immediate need for experienced Security Technicians (Both Install and Service). Position will be embedded at a well-known client that has 8 locations throughout NYC. This is a great opportunity to learn several new technologies that could change your career. Company has an immediate need for Security Technicians to assist with several new construction, upgrade, and retrofit projects. We are looking for a High‑End Security Technician with great communication skills. Position involves managing subcontractors, communicating with client, assisting with walkthroughs and equipment selection, as well as hands‑on programming and commissioning of Access Control and IP Video systems. Lenel and Genetec experience are a big plus but we will consider anyone with 5+ years of enterprise level access control experience.

Position will include either a company vehicle & gas card and/or a NYC Transit pass.

Projects will include:

• Access Control and IP Video Software upgrades/conversions
• Weapons Detection Systems
• Bomb Detection Systems
• Drone Detection Systems
• Bullet Resistant Glass
