Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Experience or coursework in networks, security, and operating systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot networking, security equipment, and operating system errors.
• Monitor traffic, security alerts, and event logs to detect suspicious activities.
• Use tools to investigate and categorize events by severity/impact.
• Analyze alerts to identify incidents and vulnerabilities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation of actions taken.
• Collaborate to improve monitoring and response processes.
• Contribute to development of playbooks, procedures, and training.
