Tewksbury Hospital, a 370 bed Joint Commission accredited hospital under the Department of Public Health (DPH), is currently hiring for the position of a Temporary Sick Leave Backfill of a Security Team Specialist I on the day shift. The hospital provides comprehensive treatment, care, and comfort to adults with medical and/or mental illnesses.
Please Note: This position is available on the 1st shift, 40 hours per week, from 7am - 3pm. Regular days off are Monday and Tuesday.
Tewksbury Hospital offers a broad range of services including a physician on site at all times, around-the-clock nursing care, rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, psychology services, social services, nutritional services, and an on-site dialysis clinic.

Special Requirements: Possession of a current and valid Massachusetts Class D Motor Vehicle Operator's License.
Appointee must be eligible for appointment as a special police officer under Chapter 22C, Section 60 (DPH) and Section 59 (DMH & DMR) of the Massachusetts General Laws.
Salary placement is determined by a combination of factors, including the candidate’s years of directly related experience and education, and alignment with our internal compensation structure as set forth by the Human Resources Division’s Hiring Guidelines. For all bargaining unit positions (non-management), compensation is subject to the salary provisions outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement and will apply to placement within the appropriate salary range.
