Job summary

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Security Task Lead to serve as Key Personnel for a potential DoD DC3 customer. The STL will provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel supporting security functions and will be responsible for performance across Security Tasks 13–18.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, U.S. citizenship, and demonstrated experience managing security programs of similar size and complexity.

Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• SFPC or equivalent qualification acceptable to Government.
• SFPC alternatives include NCMS ISP CPP FSO credentials.
• Experience managing security programs of similar size and complexity.
• At least 3 years within last 10 years in security program management.

• Address Government issues, concerns, and comments with appropriate authority.

Job description

One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an experienced Security Task Lead (STL) to serve as Key Personnel supporting a potential Federal Government customer at the Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3). The Security Task Lead will provide overall management and oversight of contractor personnel supporting DC3 security functions and will be responsible for performance across Security Tasks 13–18.

This position is tied to a future business opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide overall management and oversight of contractor and subcontractor personnel supporting Security Tasks 13–18.
• Ensure security-related activities are performed in accordance with PWS requirements.
• Facilitate communication between Government and contractor personnel.
• Apply industry best practices and proven methodologies to track and document security requirements and activities.
• Support continuous Government monitoring and evaluation of contractor performance.
• Maintain responsibility for the quality and efficiency of contractor performance across assigned security functions.
• Assist the Government with applicable financial and business processes while excluding inherently governmental functions.
• Exercise appropriate organizational authority to address Government issues, concerns, and comments.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential contractual, programmatic, performance, staffing, and resource limitations.

Required Qualifications

• TS/SCI security clearance.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC); OR an equivalent qualification acceptable to the Government.
• The Government Specifically Identifies Potential SFPC Alternatives Including
• NCMS Industrial Security Professional (ISP)ASIS Certified Protection Professional (CPP)Facility Security Officer (FSO) credentialsDemonstrated experience managing security programs of similar size and complexity may also be considered in lieu of SFPC.

Minimum of 3 years of experience within the last 10 years managing a security program of similar size and complexity to this PWS.
