• Maintain accurate service records and communicate with supervisors and customers.

Skills

3-5+ years experience servicing Access Control and CCTV security systems

Strong networking and IT background

Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and electronic systems

Problem-solving skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA)
