Bay Alarm Company is looking for a driven security systems sales professional in California to grow our customer base through self-generated and company-provided leads. You will focus on selling systems, generating proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.

No prior experience is required, though 1–2 years in sales is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a 2-year post-high school diploma preferred.

• 1–2 years experience in sales preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Diploma from a 2-year post-high school institution preferred.
• Must be a self-starter with excellent follow up skills.
• Basic knowledge of security systems preferred.
• Basic data entry and retrieval skills required.
• Microsoft Office experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record required.
• Pass a pre-employment screening process.
