Qualifications

• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong technical knowledge of building automation, fire alarm systems, and electronic security systems.
• Strong reading of blueprints and electrical schematics; proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Installs, programs, tests, repairs, and services a variety of systems and equipment.
• Reads complex blueprints, schematics, manuals to determine installation requirements.
• Operates systems to demonstrate equipment, start-up, certification testing and training.
