Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Project Design Engineer to design, document, test, and commission electronic security systems (Access Control and CCTV/VMS) for large-scale projects. You will lead security design efforts, review client requirements, and coordinate with engineering teams and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

You will interpret drawings, BOMs, RFIs, and submittals, manage project communications, and track revisions to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Strong AutoCAD experience required.
• Ability to interpret security standards, drawings, BOMs, RFQs, and submittals.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage respective projects, keeping consistent communication and track of deadlines.
• Engage with the different stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate calls with the engineering team and project manager to ensure proper communication and delivery.
• Support project lifecycle of large-scale construction project.
• Track revisions, RFIs, and submittals throughout project lifecycle and ensure industry standards are adhered to.
• Lead security design to meet customer standards.
