Job summary

Dave & Buster's Inc. is seeking a Security Support Specialist to oversee daily administration and coordination of physical security technologies, including access control, VMS, and burglary alarm systems.

You will support the director and security team while coordinating with law enforcement, facilities, and field operations. The role requires multitasking, strong communication, and the ability to handle confidential information; Genetec experience is highly regarded and the schedule may include

Qualifications

• College/Technical degree or certificate desired; minimum 2 years applicable experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Requires strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Exposure to physical security systems and operations; ability to expand technical knowledge.
• Genetec knowledge or certification highly regarded.
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays; non-traditional schedule possible.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operation and support of access control, VMS, and burglary alarm systems.
• Serve as first responder to store, operations, and corporate security needs.
• Provide administrative support for security equipment and personnel.
• Assist in providing cost-effective security equipment and programs.
• Manage video evidence requests from internal partners and law enforcement.
• Liaise between vendors and field operations; support emergency response planning.
