We expanded our services to include intrusion, fire alarm, access control and gate entry. We've helped a variety of businesses big and small across Georgia. Most of our clients are multi-family communities, homeowners’ associations, hotels, warehouses, and commercial buildings.
Position Summary: The ideal candidate has multiple years of experience with CCTV, access control, and alarm systems, and is comfortable diagnosing and working within systems from various manufacturers. This person is the company's go-to technical resource — able to work independently, troubleshoot advanced issues with little to no vendor support, own the training/support program for our field team.

Qualifications and Job Requirements
5+ years’ experience in related field.
Proven ability to troubleshoot, reverse-engineer, and take ownership of unfamiliar or undocumented systems (network configuration discovery, credential recovery, device/layout mapping) with little to no vendor support.
Must be able to communicate effectively.
