Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Security Systems Integrator to install and program complex ESS equipment and components, including CCTV, access control, and networking gear. The role requires the ability to read blueprints, work with government standards, and complete onsite installations at various locations worldwide.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Two-year technical degree or accredited apprenticeship program or equivalent on-the-job experience.
• 5 years of experience in ESS or Low Voltage required for position.
• Strong knowledge of electronic component characteristics to aid in selecting replacements.
• Must be Honeywell – Vindicator certified or have certification within last year; recertification possible.

Responsibilities

• Install and program complex electronic security systems (ESS) equipment and components.
• Read blueprints and system wiring schematics; utilize documentation and standards to complete onsite installations worldwide.
• Setup Active Directory to configure systems and manage databases with SQL.
• Provide maintenance and administrator-level training on Integrated Systems and report project status to project manager.
