Job summary

Federal Protection, Inc. is seeking a Low Voltage Alarm Service Technician to install security systems in financial institutions, commercial and residential properties around Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. This full-time role offers a competitive salary and benefits.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, cutting and routing low-voltage wiring, pulling conduit, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Some overtime and a valid Class E driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be available to work overtime as required.
• Obtain a Class E Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Installs security systems in buildings.
• Reads blueprints and determines length and size of wire needed.
• Cuts wire to specified length and connects to panels.
• Runs conduit (PVC and EMT) and pulls wires for branch circuits.
• Completes paperwork timely and accurately.
• Other duties as assigned.
