Job summary

ITAC Solutions is seeking a field technician to install, integrate, troubleshoot, and service advanced AV and security systems across the region. You will work hands-on on diverse customer environments and contribute to project success with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have low voltage security installation and access control experience, plus familiarity with vendors like Watchdog, Axis, Envysion, Hanwha, Genetec, Bosch, or DMP. Travel up to 40% is required, including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Hands-on low voltage security installation experience.
• Access control installation experience.
• Experience with Watchdog, Axis, Envysion, Hanwha, Genetec, Bosch, or DMP is preferred.
• Intrusion or AV experience is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure cameras, access control, intrusion, and AV equipment.
• Mount devices and run/terminate data and power cabling.
• Integrate security systems and video management platforms.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and replace system components.
• Perform system testing, maintenance, and inspections.
• Document installations, service activity, and resolutions.
• Communicate professionally with customers during service calls.

Compensation

• $26 - $28/hr
