Safe Haven Security LLC is seeking an Installation Technician / Security Advisor to install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems. You will ensure proper function and deliver peace of mind to customers while providing top-tier service.

The role includes installation, testing, customer education, and thorough documentation. A valid driver's license, physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain and use basic tools for installations.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems including control panels, sensors, cameras and related equipment.
• Conduct sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and implement effective fixes.
• Test installed systems and make adjustments as needed.
• Educate customers on operation and features of their systems.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets and inventory records.
