Safe Haven Security is looking for an Installation Technician I to join our team in the Arlington/Fort Worth area. You will install, service, and troubleshoot residential alarm and automation systems to ensure peak performance and customer peace of mind.

The role emphasizes hands-on work, clear customer communication, and accurate documentation, with paid training, weekly pay, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic tools knowledge and ability to install and troubleshoot security systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
• Alarm agent permit where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Install security alarm systems, including panels, sensors, and cameras.
• Engage in sales consultations to understand customer needs and recommend solutions.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with alarm systems and equipment.
• Conduct thorough testing to ensure proper function and perform adjustments as needed.
• Educate customers on proper use of their security systems and features.
• Complete installation reports, service tickets, and inventory records accurately.
• Stay updated on security tech, industry standards, and best practices.
