Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Security System Installation and Integration Manager to act as the on-site manager and primary contact for installation-related issues, ensuring timely resolutions and alignment with project objectives.

You will develop schedules for security deployments, oversee HD video, fiber optics, intrusion detection, and access systems, while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance and managing on-site personnel.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 10+ years of experience in security, construction, or electrical field.
• Experience with technical security system installations meeting DoS requirements (FAH, FAM, NEC).
• Strong understanding of power/infrastructure, HDVS, fiber optics, intrusion detection, emergency notification systems, and electromechanical locking hardware.
• Must have at least a Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance and meet medical fitness.

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security System Installation and Integration Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to act as the on‑site manager and point of contact for all project installation–related issues and communications to ensure timely resolution and alignment with project objectives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and manage detailed installation schedules for security system deployments to include power and infrastructure, HD video systems (HDVS), fiber optics, intrusion detection, emergency notification systems, pedestrian and vehicle access systems, and electromechanical locking hardware
• Ensure rigorous oversight of the technical project schedule, holding all stakeholders accountable for maintaining on‑time delivery with quality results.
• Review project designs and material lists to identify potential risks, errors or shortages, ensuring alignment with technical requirement and preventing impacts to project execution.
• Interpret electrical diagrams, building plans, and technical drawings to support planning and resolve onsite issues.
• Supervises project personnel to ensure all work is performed in alignment with contractual obligations and corporate policies, maintaining accountability and compliance across all assigned tasks.
• Provide performance management by delivering structured guidance, fostering professional growth, and ensuring adherence to Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security and corporate performance standards.
• Ensure all installations meet code, compliance, safety, and performance standards, promoting a safe work environment and enforcing safety protocols.

What Required Skills You’ll Bring

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, construction, or electrical field.
• Experience with technical security system installations, ensuring all work complies with Department of State requirements, including FAH, FAM and NEC standards, as well as applicable industry regulations.
• Strong understanding of power and infrastructure, HD video systems (HDVS), fiber optics, intrusion detection, emergency notification systems and electromechanical locking hardware.
• Must possess aminimum of a Secret security clearanceand have theability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance and medical fitness requirements.
