Job summary

Parsons is seeking a Security System Installation and Integration Manager to serve as the on-site lead for all installation-related activities in Kingstowne, VA. You will coordinate schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure alignment with project objectives while maintaining strict security and safety standards.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in security/construction/electrical fields, experience with HD video, fiber optics, and door hardware, and the ability to obtain a Top-Secret

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in security, construction, or electrical field.
• Experience with DoS requirements including FAH, FAM and NEC standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance; active Secret clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed installation schedules for security deployments (HDVS, fiber optics, access systems).
• Oversee on-site installation work to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Review designs and material lists to identify risks and shortages.
• Interpret electrical diagrams and building plans to support planning and issue resolution.
• Supervise project personnel to ensure adherence to contracts and safety policies.
• Provide performance guidance and ensure compliance with DoS and corporate standards.
