• Keep Command Center clean and secure, follow DLC policies.
• Monitor IT SD_WAN network for outages and coordinate with MSP.

Position Summary: This position’s primary duty is to maintain the overall safety and security of our company’s employees as well as its assets. The position requires an individual who is always professional and displays a professional demeanor, dress, attitude, as well as outstanding customer service. The Security Surveillance Associate will be a key member of the security team. They must also have a strong knowledge of the city roads, areas, regions, ways of navigating traffic, etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• Monitor all regions store front alarms.• Verify where employees and customers are via a remote video monitoring system.• May at times patrol different company stores or locations.• Maintain a constant vigil over the stores during your shift.• Always maintain a professional demeanor and attitude.• Solve all safety and security issues that occur during your shift quickly and as efficiently as possible with as little interruption to our company’s day to day operations.• Inform immediate supervisors of all emergency events that occur during your shift.• Report any malfunctioning security equipment immediately as they occur.• Maintain the cleanliness of the Command Center.• Maintain proper security measures in compliance with DLC policies and procedures.• Monitor IT SD_WAN network for any outages. Call Managed Service Provider for any outages and follow up with notification email to IT team.• Manage and secure confidential information.• Regular and consistent attendance.• Other duties as assigned.Requirements for Education and/or Experience:• Must have a high school diploma or GED.• 1-year previous security experience preferred.• Must have valid Driver’s License.• Must be able to satisfactorily pass a Background Check as well as a drug testMust be available for the following shifts:Saturday - WednesdaySat & Sun from 8:30AM - 5:00PMMon - Wed from 2:30PM - 11:00PM.Specialized Knowledge, Skills and Experience:• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Strong customer service background.• Be able to work well under stressful situations.• Computer literate with strong typing skills.• Must take direction well and be able to learn, understand, and adjust to any security situation.
