Admiral Security Services is seeking a Supervisor to join our security team in Norfolk, VA. The role requires weekend and holiday availability, with shifts on Sat/Sun and Wed-Fri.

The position involves access control, policy enforcement, and incident reporting as part of a dynamic, on-site security team. Ideal candidates will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with security programs.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage access control for guests, tenants and vendors.
• Enforce client and company policies and procedures.
• Observe and report security hazards and safety issues.
• Conduct routine foot patrols around the building.
• Report incidents to operations manager and client as appropriate.
• Interact with clients, visitors, public safety officials, employees and the public.
