Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day supervision and scheduling of Security Officers, enforce post orders, and coordinate responses to incidents within the hospital environment. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and adherence to safety protocols, with a focus on operational excellence and patient safety.

This full-time night shift position runs Monday through Friday from 11 p.m.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and incident response skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide feedback to Director and resolve staff issues.
• Respond to hospital emergencies during off hours as needed.
