Job summary

Prosegur in Sandy Springs, GA is seeking an Unarmed Security Officer – Lead Rover to supervise a team, patrol premises, and enforce safety protocols across the site. You will manage entry/exit, monitor trucks, coordinate traffic, prepare DARs, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while ensuring compliance with company policies.

This full-time, 3rd shift role on weekends requires 2+ years in security with supervisory experience and a valid Security Guard License; open availability

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a security officer with 3–5 years in a supervisory role.
• High School Diploma or GED required; valid Security Guard License.
• Experience in a distribution center or warehouse is advantageous; proficient with basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to a team of security officers and ensure protocol adherence.
• Oversee entry/exit of staff and visitors to maintain safety.
• Supervise inspection and tracking of inbound/outbound trucks and documentation.
• Manage traffic flow and vehicle coordination.
• Maintain visibility to enforce order and protect property.
• Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to prevent hazards and incidents.
• Enforce policies and respond to emergencies.
• Provide escort services as needed.
• Prepare DARs and detailed activity reports.
• Monitor for irregular activity and address risks.
• Ensure security of facilities and designated areas.
• Enforce policies consistently.
• Investigate incidents and prepare comprehensive reports.
