You will oversee staffing, incident response, access control, and daily operations to ensure safety and service quality across assigned sites, with a focus on customer service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and 3 years prior satisfactory employment as a security officer or related experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English; bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations of an assigned Client site on the shift.
• Manage a team of security officers including scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
• Ensure the Client Site is provided with high quality security services to protect people and property.
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies appropriately.
• Coordinate site-specific training and refresher training for staff according to Titan’s standards.
• Reconcile logs, shift responsibilities and patrols; review incident reports and coordinate investigations.
• Maintain access control procedures and utilize CCTV systems as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service while on duty.
